Leonard Lodovisi, 70, died unexpectedly at his home on August 14, 2011.
Len was born in Gary, Indiana on March 11, 1941. He was a very hard worker and very dedicated to his employers and to his co-workers. Len has been a very successful manager of the North Canton, Ohio branch of Corrosion Fluid Products Corporation.
Len and Cindy loved collecting antiques and his favorite was Roseville Pottery. Also, Len's favorite little saying which he lived by and tried to instill into others was, ``KAIZEN' -- ``Little Improvements Everyday.'
Preceded in death by his parents, Rufus and Mary and brothers, Glenn and Russell, he is survived and will be missed by his loving wife, Cindy; son, Leonard A. Lodovisi; daughter, Jane Weinberger; grandchildren, Niki, Alex, Joseph Weinberger; stepchildren, Thomas, Diane, Richard and Peter Garratt; sister-in-law, Sue Lodovisi; and many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., Akron, with Rev. Terry Smith officiating. Interment at Rose Hill Burial Park. Friends may call 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday and one hour prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Haven of Rest Ministries, 175 E. Market St., P.O. Box 547, Akron, OH 44309-0547 in the name of Len Lodovisi.
