Linda Marie Bordenkircher

Linda Marie Bordenkircher, 64, died November 2, 2011. Born in Ottumwa, Iowa, she had been an Akron area resident most of her life. An active member of and volunteer at St. Sebastian Catholic Church, she was a board member of the County of Summit Developmental Disabilities Board from January 1998 to December of 2009, serving as president in 2008.
Preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Quinlan and father, David Quinlan, she is survived by her husband, Robert C. Bordenkircher; daughter, Andrea M. Bordenkircher; sons, Michael Kathy and Steve Anne Bordenkircher; grandchildren, Nicholas, Amanda, Andrew, Robert, Daniel, James and Catherine; mother and stepfather, Patricia and Bert Sims; stepmother, Nancy Quinlan; brothers, Thomas, Donald Becky and David Michelle Quinlan; nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. MONDAY at St. Sebastian Catholic Church, 476 Mull Ave. Private inurnment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Friends may call at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., SUNDAY from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The ARC of Summit and Portage Counties, 3869 Darrow Rd., Suite 109, Stow, OH 44224 or County of Summit Developmental Disabilities Board, 89 E. Howe Rd., Tallmadge, OH 44278.
