Lois passed away August 29th 2022 aged 64, following surgical complications.

Lois was born and raised in Broadview Hts, graduating as a BEE in 1976.  She attended the University of Toledo and Kent State University, earning degrees in telecommunications and nursing.  Lois was a WKSU Fresh Air host and coordinator, an artist, painter, and dog lover.  She worked her entire professional career as a nurse at Akron Children’s Hospital Emergency Department, Psych Eval unit, and Craniofacial Clinic.  Selfless throughout her life, she always brightened everyone’s day.  She loved the beach, sun, and Broadway shows.

She is survived by her husband Jeff, mother Phyllis Hassler, sister Lynn Crane, daughters Tegan and Torey and grandson Micheal.

Family, friends and co-workers may visit from 5-8 PM on Thursday September 8, 2022 at Billow Funeral Home 85 N. Miller Rd. Fairlawn, Ohio 44333.
