M. Isabel Hershberger

M. Isabel Hershberger , age 100, of Akron, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 8, 2022.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Dr. Earl C. Hershberger and is survived by her children, Christian (Jean) Hershberger, Sue (William) Berg, Thomas (Cathy) Hershberger; five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

Isabel was an active member of her church, serving on numerous committees. In her community she served on the Board of Sumner Home. Her one passion was singing, she was in the church choir for many years as well as being a member of Doctors Bells.

Much loved and respected, she touched the lives of all who knew her, forever we will miss her kindness and laughter.

The family would like the express a special THANK YOU to the staff at Rockynol for their loving care and compassion for the last several years.

A private graveside service will be held with family only on Friday, July 15, 2022.
