Madeline was born on her mother's birthday, May 11, 2011 and left us on Father's Day, June 19, 2011.
She was here a short time, but will be loved forever by her parents, Trevor and Amy and sister, Lucy; also loved by her grandparents, aunts, uncles and a very large extended family.
Services will be held 10 a.m. SATURDAY at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd. Interment at Rose Hill Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home FRIDAY from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Akron Children's Hospital, One Perkins Square, Akron, OH 44308.
