Born of immigrant parents, John and Margaret Heimbuch, she lived her entire life in Akron. She leaves to carry on her loving and caring legacy the family she so loved: daughter, Margaret "Tookie" (Herb) Mullen; son, Donard; granddaughters who she adored, Jodi (Dr. Greg) Vrabec, Traci (Chris) Finn; great-grandchildren for whom she was so very proud, Jessica and Zachery Finn, Curtis, Erica and Alison Vrabec; and loving sister, Katherine Blair.
A memorial service in her honor will be held 11 a.m. SATURDAY at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., The Rev. John Beaty and The Rev. Kurt Wieser officiating. There are no calling hours. Memorial gifts may be made to Grace United Church of Christ, 3285 Cleveland Massillon Rd., Norton, Ohio 44203 or Hospice of Visiting Nurse Service, c/o Akron General Foundation, 400 Wabash Ave., Akron, Ohio 44307-2463.
