Margaret Mary "Marge" Prosuch Zvoleff
Margaret Mary "Marge" Prosuch Zvoleff, age 91, passed away on Sept. 28, 2008.
She was born in Somerset, Pa., and lived in Johnstown, Pa., until her family relocated to Akron when Marge was a young girl.
Preceded in death by her husband, John; daughter, Marjorie; son, Robert John; three sisters and two brothers; she is survived by daughters, Marjorie Zvoleff DeLuca, and Maryann Zvoleff Thomas; son-in-law, Vincent DeLuca; two grandsons, Matthew and John DeLuca; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Margaret "Marge" Zvoleff worked at BF Goodrich during World War II as an inspector for 10 years, where she inspected balloon cloth for parachutes and de-icers for airplanes.
Always ready with a joke and smile, Marge enjoyed playing piano and bridge, and singing. She was an artist who enjoyed working with acrylics. Because of her declining health and degenerative joint disease, Marge could not participate in another favorite pastime--dancing--for the last two decades of her life.
She's now with our Lord, dancing and singing ``Sentimental Journey", one of her favorites.
A mass for Margaret will be held Friday, 9:30 a.m. at St. Hilary Catholic Church, immediately followed by a memorial luncheon at the church. She will be interred next to John at Rose Hill Burial Park. Cremation has already taken place. The family suggests memorials to their favorite charity, and recitation of the Divine Mercy Chaplet on Marge's behalf.
