Martha Ellen Hoffman, April 23, 1949 ~ January 24, 2014.
Akron-Martha taught English Comp at Akron U for 40 years but now, "she's dead, Jim."
She was cared for in the past nine months by cousins Jane Hull and Susan Weirath, and cousins of the heart, Susan and Arthur Baranoff. Her final two weeks were made bearable by Marcita Carter of Aseracare Hospice and Diamond Young of Community Caregivers of Cuyahoga Falls. The family thanks Dr. Esther Rehmus and her staff.
Martha's going away party will be hosted by her Cousins (Hull, Weirath, Simmons, Baranoff) and the Broggini Family at 305 Merriman Road, from 3:30pm until it's over on April 19, 2014. A recognition of the fifth day of Passover will occur at 7:37 p.m. At Martha's request, memorial gifts should be directed to CollieHealth.org. (Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel)
