Marva Bartholomew Armstrong

Marva Bartholomew Armstrong, died peacefully on June 17, 2013.

She was born July 11, 1927 to Lillian Bown and Elmer Bartholomew in Fayette, Utah. She graduated from Snow Junior College in Ephraim, Utah, where she met her future husband, Jack Armond Armstrong, whom she married on June 6, 1947.

She is survived by her four devoted children, Patrice (Lloyd) Clareman, Ralph (Susan), Robert (Tracy), and Tom (Robbi); ten grandchildren, Billy, Rebecca, and Bart Clareman, Jenny and Sam Armstrong, Heath and Maddie Armstrong, and Emma, Cole and Jackie Armstrong; great-grandchild, Jack Clareman; sister, Anita Miller. She will be remembered for her eternal optimism and joy for life and her love and devotion to her family.

Service will be held at 12 noon SATURDAY at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 735 N. Revere Rd. Interment will follow at Moore's Chapel Cemetery on Hametown Road in Bath Township. Friends may call at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., 7 to 9 p.m. FRIDAY, and one hour before service time at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to one's favorite charity.
