Mary Helfrich, 72, died May 26, 2014.
Born June 22, 1941 in Akron to Robert and Rose Fields Helfrich, she was a graduate of Buchtel High School, Class of 1959. Mary had attended St. Sebastian and Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. She retired as a clerk from the City of Akron.
She is survived by her cousin, Rita Prose of Portsmouth, Ohio.
Services will be held 4 p.m. THURSDAY at the Billow FALLS Chapel, 1907 23rd St. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. Interment 10 a.m. Friday at Holy Cross Cemetery. (Billow FALLS Chapel)
