Mary Leon Travis, 94, died June 18, 2014.
Born in Galion, Ohio, she lived in the Akron area most of her life. She worked for the Federal Government in Bethesda, Maryland for 35 years before returning to Akron.
Preceded in death by husband, George; she is survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many, many friends.
Services will be held 10 a.m. SATURDAY at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., with Fr. Steven Breck officiating. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends may call at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., FRIDAY from 6-8 p.m. (Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel)
