Matthew J Kirsch

Matthew Jacob Kirsch, 40, of Akron, Ohio died Tuesday, January 24, 2017.
He was born June 29, 1976 in Sandusky, Ohio to Ruthanne McKeever and Jacob (Skip) Kirsch III. Matt grew up in the Akron area, attending Revere Schools and spent much of his adult life living in Toledo, Ohio. Matt worked in manufacturing as a plant manager, purchasing, and sales.
Matt is survived by his son, Carter; his mom and step-dad, Ruthanne and Alan McKeever; his sister, Sarah (Ron) Wells; his brother, Jason (Tempie) Kirsch; his step-mom, Susan Kirsch; nieces and nephews, Taylor, Ava, Will, and Liam and several Aunts, Uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, Skip Kirsch and his grandparents, Jake and Betty Kirsch, Bill and Betty Zekan, and Kathryn Quigley.
Matt loved to ride and show Arabian horses, play the guitar, listen to music, play golf and he loved to fish.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 from 5-7 PM with a short memorial to follow at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Road, Akron, OH 44333.
