Michael Lindsey
Mikey Lindsey, 33, passed away suddenly due to anaphylactic shock on July 12, 2012.
Born in Akron, he grew up in the Akron/Cleveland area. Mikey graduated from Revere High School, completed his BA in Family and Consumer Sciences from Kent State University and completed his Master's degree in Guidance Counseling. He was a teacher at Normandy High School in Parma, OH, he worked at Blossom Music Center for 16 years and was a member of Richfield U.C.C.
Preceded in death by his grandparents, Aubrey and Clara Bonifay, Guy and Elsie Lindsey; survived by his loving wife of 4 years, Staci; two year old daughter, Riley; parents, Gary and Brenda Lindsey; brother, Gary (Teresa) Lindsey; nephew, Nicholas.
Memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m., Thursday at Richfield U.C.C., 4340 Streetsboro Rd., Richfield, OH 44286 with Rev. Ray Deuring officiating. Friends may call 4 to 9 p.m., Wednesday at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., Akron. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Normandy High School Scholarship Fund in Michael's name, 2500 West Pleasant Valley Rd., Parma, OH 44134. (Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel)
