Michael Murphy

Michael Murphy, age 74, passed away July 17, 2018. Born in Jersey City, New Jersey to Mary and Michael Murphy.
Michael worked at Roadway Express for 29 years before retiring in 2002.
Preceded in death by his parents, sister, Mary and beloved son, Keith.
Michael leaves behind his wife, Andrea; son's, Michael, and Sean (Kathy); grandchildren, Owen, Anya, Colin, Morgan, and Adan.
Michael loved his pets; Maxie, Lucy, and his boy Milo.
Funeral services will be held TUESDAY, July 24 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Sebastian Catholic Church, 476 Mull Ave. Akron, Ohio 44320 with Rev. Fr. John Valencheck and Rev. Fr. Edward Burba officiating. Calling hours will be held 1 hour before the service at church. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Maggie's Mission, PO Box 345, Sharon Center, OH 44274.
