Michael Riley

Michael Riley, age 77, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at his home.

Born April 14, 1938 in Toledo, he was the son of John and Minnie (Wells) Riley.
Mr. Riley was the founder, owner, and operator of Riley and Sons Asphalt Company for 57 years. His company is the oldest, continuously operated, family owned, asphalt company in the tri-county area; currently being operated by his sons and grandsons.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Diane (Davis); sons William W. and John D. Riley, daughters Laura L. (Charles) Smith and Michelle D. (Michael) Thursby; 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, 2 sisters, many nephews and nieces, as well as numerous extended family members.

Friends will be received at the Billow FAIRAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., Akron, from 4-7PM both Monday and Tuesday, where services will take place on Wednesday at 11:00AM. Burial will take place at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Toledo.
