Mildred ``Millie' Zreny, 96, died Jan. 16, 2011.
Born in Fairmont, W.Va., May 31, 1914, she was a life resident of Akron, and was a member of Lakeside Christian Church. She worked as a secretary and bookkeeper for the Rice Oil/Rodney Fleming Co. for many years.
Preceded in death by brother, Rudolph Zreny of Akron and sister, Evelyn Tomek of Harrow, Ontario; she is survived by nieces, Patricia Bob, Linda Gary, Ruth of Ontario, and Esther Don of Ontario; nephews, John Amy, and Rudolph Susan of Ontario; and many grand nieces and nephews.
Services will be held 1:30 THURSDAY at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., with the ministers of the church officiating. Interment at Hillside Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour before the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Summa/ Palliative Care P.O. Box 2090, Akron 44398.
