1936-2016
Nancy Sue Jones (nee Wyle), age 79, entered into God's Heavenly Kingdom on June 2, 2016.
A lifelong Akron resident, Nancy was a Buchtel High School graduate and received a Nursing degree from The University of Michigan where she was a member of the Alpha Gamma Delta sorority. She lovingly cared for children as a pediatric nurse for more than 30 years at Akron Children's Hospital and enjoyed life outside of work as a dedicated, committed member of Westminster Presbyterian Church.
Nancy will be missed by her nine loving children, Cindy Cotton (Gordon), Jeff Jones (Joanne), Kim Smith (Mark), Stacey Jones, Kelleigh Stevning (Jim), Drew Jones (Deceased), Jill Walter (Michael), J. David Jones (Paige) and J. Scot Jones (Christopher). She was a fun-loving grandmother of 13 and "Nana" to nine great-grandkids.
Remembrance Saturday, June 11, 2016 11 a.m. to l p.m. with service to follow at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., Akron, OH 44333.
