Norma Bock, a lifetime resident of Copley, passed away on January 2, 2013.
Norma worked in the office of Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. for 36 years. After
retirement, she continued to do the paper work for her husband's Sunoco station in Copley. She and her sister, Mae Steinbach, were avid volunteers at Stan Hywett Hall especially the Spring & Fall Marts. Gardening, floral arranging, sewing, and cooking were some of her passions. She was always making and delivering wonderful meals and treats to family and friends.
Preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Harold (Bud) Bock; parents Albert & Mary Jane (Pake) Kiehl; sister, Mae Steinbach (Werner); brothers, Glenn (Dorothy), Ray (Midge), Gene (Ginny), Floyd and Bob Kiehl; nieces: Judy, Janet & Donna Kiehl; she is survived by brother, Art (Kay) Kiehl; sisters-in-law, Lucille Kiehl and Harriet Kiehl; nieces & nephews, Tom (Susie) Kiehl, Jerry (Eleanor) Kiehl, Jim Kiehl, Fred (Kathy) Kiehl, Denny (Karen) Kiehl, Bob (Priscilla) Kiehl Laurie Kiehl , Joan (Jim) Krejci, Gene Kiehl, Rick (Anna) Kiehl, Sam (Marybell) Pake, Karen (Konrad) Becker, and Bruce Boyer; and many great & great great nieces & nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Village of St. Edward Assisted Living and Crossroads Hospice for their wonderful, loving care.
Services will be held 12 p.m. Sunday in the Mausoleum Chapel of Rose Hill Burial Park with Dr. Donard M. Engle officiating. A memorial luncheon will be held following the services at the Hilton West. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Copley Fire & Rescue, Salvation Army, or the Haven of Rest.
