Pamela Wladyka

Pamela Wladyka (Carothers) who was born in Colorado on October 27, 1956, walked into the arms of her Lord on March 24, 2013 after a lengthy struggle following surgery in 2012.

Pam was the beloved daughter of Richard and Mary Lou Carothers; devoted mother of Adam; wife of 14 years to Tom Wladyka; loving sister of Brent (Kim) and Darin (Sally) Carothers; doting Aunt to Chelsey, Devin, Zakary, Luke, Liam, and Logan Carothers; and best friend to Gail Egbert Korzenborn.

A 1976 graduate of Revere HS who enjoyed life to the fullest and brought joy to all who met her, Pam was a creative cook, beach lover, and an avid Steelers fan. She will be dearly missed by all those whose lives she touched.

A celebration of Pam's life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 29 at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd. with Rev Steve Bucy officiating. The family will receive visitors from 2:00 pm until time of service on Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Chapel at Fir Hill (Akron) Benevolent Fund.
