Patricia Ann Linehan Jenkins, born November 21, 1924 in Akron, Ohio, passed peacefully at her home July 20, 2012.
A member of St. Hilary Catholic Church, Junior Women's Civic Club, St. Sebastian Church Little Flowers Garden Club, Patricia volunteered at Stan Hywet Hall and retired from St. Thomas Hospital in 1992.
Preceded in death by her first husband, Emmett "Red" Linehan; grandson, Dan Johnson and sister, Rosemary Large; she is survived by her husband, Leon; children, Diane Johnson (Dave), Colleen Stock (Danny), Lauren A. Mangina, Maureen Jones, David (Chris) and Scott Jenkins; eight grandchildren,Traci, Renee, Brent, Rob, Steve, Craig, Kevin and Hannah; six great-grandchildren, Ryan, Violet, Josie, Kevin, Anthony and Aiden; sister, Jackie Johnson; brother, John Charles Moore.
Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 a.m. TUESDAY at St. Hilary Catholic Church. Entombment at Rose Hill Burial Park. Friends may call at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., MONDAY from 4-7 p.m. Memorials may be made to St. Hilary Church, 2750 W. Market St., Akron, OH 44333 or to a charity of one's choice.
