Patricia D. Rasmussen (nee Wayland)
12/25/1952 - 4/3/2024
Patricia passed away peacefully on April 3, 2024 at Maplewood
Assisted Living. She was a long time resident of Cuyahoga Falls, OH.
Patricia enjoyed spending her free time with her husband at their winter
home in Florida and visiting her most favorite and treasured place,
Disney World. When not in Florida, she loved to sit in her serene
backyard, enjoying all the beautiful landscapes her husband created for
her and spending time with her sweet little dog Bella.
Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, Durell and Dorothy
(Ensminger) Wayland and her sister Pam Wayland.
She is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Warren Rasmussen
(married 9/12/1992). She is also survived by her three children; Lisa
(Dan) Featherstone, John (Jenna) Campbell III, William (Tori) Campbell
II, and stepchildren; Melanie (Scott Aschenbrener) Boyden and Amy
(Jeff) Sterling. She leaves behind 13 cherished grandchildren; Jacob
and Gabriel Featherstone, Kendra, Castor, Cali and Korbin Campbell,
Maddy, Rosie, Betty, Lily and Henry Sterling, Tommy and Jack Boyden.
In addition to her grandchildren, sweet Ellie Aschenbrener.
The family would like to thank Maplewood and Hospice staff for all the
care they provided.
A memorial service will be held at Maplewood Assisted Living center
(190 W. Bath Rd, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223) on Friday April 12 from
5:00pm to 7:00pm.
