Paul Armstrong, Jr., 83, went home to be with the Lord on September 24, 2013.
He was born in North Carolina. After serving in the Korean War, he returned to Akron and was employed as a lithographer for nearly 40 years.
He will be missed by his beloved wife of 58 years, Madeline (nee Mooradian); daughter, Debbie (Joe) Fristik; son, Mark (Renae) Armstrong ; daughter, Diane (Bart) Farmer; nine grandchildren, Lilly (Lucas), Joe (Molly), Brandon, Kara, Kelsey, Celeste, Hannah, Jared and Krista.
A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held Noon SATURDAY at the First Baptist Church of Akron, 1670 Shatto Ave., Akron 44313, with Rev. Robert Beals officiating. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to the service. Private inurnment at Rose Hill Burial Park. Memorials may be made to The Salvation Army or The First Baptist Church of Akron.
