Paul Thomas St. Charles, 78, passed away on Wednesday October 31, 2012 after battling cancer.
Always known for providing a good laugh and being the life of the party, Paul loved people and enjoyed the simple things in life.
He was a successful well-known horseman for over 50 years. He started his career in Kentucky where he was originally from. He was the owner and trainer of the major horse operation, St. Charles Stables, located in Richfield, Ohio. He later moved his career to Michigan and back again to Ohio.
Preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Rose St. Charles; brothers, Frank and Joseph; and sister, Rose; Paul is survived by ex-wife and lasting friend, Kendra St. Charles; daughter, Tracy (Joseph, Jr.) Pittello; grandchildren Christopher and Luca who affectionately referred to Paul as "Papa."
Memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Sunday at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N.
