Pushpaben Dhulabhai Patel

Pushpaben Dhulabhai Patel , age 88, of Fairlawn, OH, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 13th, 2024, at the Arbors at Fairlawn, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born July 7th, 1935, in Nakuru, Kenya, Africa to parents Chotabhai and Sakarben Patel.

Devoted wife of the late Dhulabhai M. Patel, whom she married in 1951 and enjoyed a long, happy life with until his passing in 2012; cherished mother of Vinodchandra D. Patel, Subhash Patel, Hasmukh Patel; beloved grandmother of Jatin V. Patel, Palak V. Patel, Naiya Patel, Hardik Patel, Jaymin Patel, and Uni Patel; great grandmother of Nilan J. Patel, and Dev J. Patel; mother-in-law of Surekha V. Patel; grandmother-in-law of Jalpa J. Patel; treasured sister of Manubhai Patel, Harshadbhai Patel (deceased 2015), Bhaskarbhai Patel (deceased 2011), Vipinbhai Patel, Bhanubhai Patel, Kumudben Patel (deceased 2016), Chandramaniben Patel, Madhuben Patel, Urmilaben Patel, and Induben Patel). She will also be missed by her dog, Brady and her turtle, Nandi.

Before settling in Fairlawn, Pushpaben lived at Post Davol, District: Kheda, Anand, Gujurat, India. She loved cooking, taking care of her grandchildren, and listening to Bhajans. She will be greatly missed.

Funeral service will take place SATURDAY, January 27, 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., Fairlawn, OH 44333 with Manish Maharaj officiating. Reception will follow at 2:00 PM at the funeral home.

Lodging can be arranged at Radisson Hotel, 200 Montrose West Avenue Akron, OH 44321.
