Raymond Jeffery Addicott, 92, of N. Canton, Ohio, passed away on January 24, 2016.
Raymond was born in Northampton, England and moved his family to the United States in 1972. Ray was a retiree of The Timken Company and a veteran of the Corps of Royal Mechanical and Electrical Engineers.
Ray was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Marjorie D. Addicott; his daughter, Louise E. Addicott-Joshi; his granddaughter, Georgina H. Joshi; and his brother, John B. Addicott. He is survived by his son, Simon Addicott (Linda); daughters, Vivienne Moffat and Virginia Albanese (William); grandchildren, Tenzing and Avatar Joshi, Sarah and Haydon Moffat, Peter and Alexandra Albanese.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 Saturday, January 30th at St Paul's Episcopal Church (1361 W. Market St., Akron). In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to the Hospice of Visiting Nurse Service, c/o Akron General Foundation, 1 Akron General Avenue, Akron, Ohio 44307-2463 OR The Akron Zoo, 500 Edgewood Ave., Akron, OH 44307.
