Richard A. Cunningham, 72, died at his home mowing his lawn Friday, August 15, 2014.
Born in Akron, January 18, 1942, he was a life-long resident. Richard retired from DeGeorge Ceiling Co. after 43 years of service.
Preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Hazel Cunningham; sister, Pauline Jackson; brothers, David and Donald Cunningham; Richard is survived by his sisters, JoAnn (Bill) Nichols of Chardon and Mary (Ted, deceased) Pappas of Fairlawn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Per his request, there are no calling hours or public services. He will be interred at Crown Hill Cemetery in Twinsburg. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the Disabled American Veterans. (Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel)
