Born in Wadsworth, he was a graduate of Wadsworth High School and member of the Wadsworth Footlighters. Mr. Frey had opened restaurants in Medina and London England.
He is survived by his wife, Carol; sons, Benjamin and Joseph; sister, Jo Ann Trueblood.
