Robert M Harvey

Robert M. Harvey, age 86, passed away at Hospice Care Center on Sunday, June 7, 2015, surrounded by his family.
Born January 25, 1929 in Indianapolis, he was the son of Harold and Stella (La Madge) Harvey.
Bob attended Tech High School and Indiana Central University, where he was a gifted athlete. He served in the U.S. Army, and retired from Temple Inland in Indianapolis after 35 years of service. Bob moved to the Akron, Ohio area in 1990. He was an avid bowler, and his legacy and memory will live on in his treasured works of stained glass, his family and friends will miss his warm smile.
Survivors include his son Brian, brothers, Stephen (Judy) and David (Diane); numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife of 25 years Virginia, and his second wife of 28 years Charlotte Saniga; brothers Dan and Jerry, and sisters Sherrie and Shirley.
Friends will be received at the Billow FALLS Chapel, 1907 23rd St., Cuyahoga Falls on Thursday from 5-7 P.M.; friends will also be received at the Hendryx Mortuary, New Palestine Chapel, 19 E. Main St., New Palestine, IN., 46163, on Saturday, June 13, 2015, beginning at 1:00 P.M until the service begins at 3:00P.M.. Burial will take place at the New Palestine Cemetery.
