Robert J. Sevald, 80, passed away March 16, 2009.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Donna nee Morneau and children, Anne Sekerak Michael, Robert W. Cheri, Janette Shields Matthew and Matthew Jennifer; granddaughters, Sara, Elisabeth, Rachel, Isabelle, Audrey and Evelyn.
Born to parents, William and Lucille Sevald, he was raised in Royal Oak, Michigan and was the youngest of six children. Bob served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War, received his B.A. from the University of Detroit and worked for Detroit Edison. Upon moving to N.E. Ohio, Bob was employed as an accountant with Brown and Gage Inc., where he later became president and owner. He and his wife have resided in Richfield for 30 years.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. on THURSDAY at St. Victor Catholic Church, 3435 Everett Rd., Richfield. Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Visitation will take place WEDNESDAY from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., and one hour prior to services Thursday at the church. Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel
