Robert L Wheeler

Robert L. Wheeler, 95, died October 25, 2013.

Born in Ft. Wayne, IN, he lived most of his life in Akron. A member of Harmony Springs Christian Church (the former High St. Christian Church), he was a 32 degree mason having belonged to Adoniram-Joppa Lodge #517 F&AM, Cuyahoga Falls Chapter #225 RAM, Yusef Khan Grotto, Tadmor Shrine and Akron Court #5 Order of the Amaranth. Bob was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and member of Ralph Huff Post #1062 VFW. He retired after 33 years service as a department manager for the Auto Club.

Services will be held 10 a.m. WEDNESDAY at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd. Interment at Glendale Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home TUESDAY from 6 to 8 p.m. where Adoniram-Joppa lodge will conduct services at 7:30 p.m. Memorials may be made to Ralph Huff Post #1062 VFW, 1581 Main St., Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44221.
