Roberta C. Gordon, 71, died March 16, 2016, after a long illness.
She was born in Akron, Ohio, on May 6, 1944. She was a graduate of Garfield High School and the University of Akron. She retired from the Akron Public Schools as a teacher and counselor at Jennings Junior High School.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Lou Fuhrman; and her beloved husband, Jim. She is survived by her stepson and daughter-in-law, Chuck and Jan Teter; her sister, Patricia; nieces, Jill and Samantha; grandchildren, Kelly McCluskey, Chuck Teter, Mike Teter and David Keiger; five great grandchildren; two great nieces; and very special friends, Chris and Margie.
We would like to thank everyone at the Ledges at Rockynol for their care and kindness.
We will miss you, Bobbie.
In honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no calling hours or services. (Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel)
