Rose Jean Kennedy, age 90, of Bal Harbour, Florida, formerly of Akron, passed away on Monday, November 24, 2014 at the North Shore Hospital in Miami, FL.
Born August 11, 1924 in Akron, Ohio; she was the daughter of Solomon and Mary (Parseghian) Avedisian. She was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Akron.
She is survived by a sister, A. Carole Whitmoyer of Bal Harbour, FL.; nieces: Margot Avedisian of Lexington, KY., Lynn Avedisian of Walton, NY., Darice Avedisian of Zurich, Switzerland, Mary Keoleian of Farmington Hills, MI., Alice Terzian Bloomfield Hills, MI., and Christine Chu of Long Beach, NY.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Haig Avedisian, and a sister Marmar Hovnanian, and nephews John Avedisian Scala and Armen Hovnanian.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00am on Monday, December 1, 2014 at St. Paul's Episcopal Chapel, 1361 W. Market St., Akron, Ohio 44313; friends will be received at the church one hour prior to the service. Burial will take place at Rose Hill Burial Park.
