Rose Spreitzer

Rose Spreitzer Rose Spreitzer, 89, died Sept. 9, 2011. Born in Tschonopel, Yugoslavia, she came to the United States in 1952 with her husband and three children. She loved gardening, her 20 years of retirement in Florida, her German heritage and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband, Martin; parents, Martin and Marian Fornetran; and sister, Marian Milla; she is survived by children, Christian Rose Spreitzer, John Spreitzer and Theresa Greg Koberlein; grandchildren, Angela and Rick Charles, Laura and Wayne Savage, Edward and Buffy Spreitzer, Julia and Neil Unger, Diana and Eric McDowell, Kathleen and Teddy Helton and Craig and Tina Koberlein; 16 great-grandchildren; and nephew, Peter Anni Milla of Germany. Mass of the Christian Burial will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church with Fr. Steve Spisak officiating. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery. Friends may call 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, at the Billow FALLS Chapel, 1907 23rd. St. corner of 23rd.
