Sally Flannery Orrok

Sally Flannery Orrok, 83, died July 12, 2012.
A graduate of the University of Akron, she taught kindergarten and was an avid reader, golfer, and traveler. Sally was a volunteer for many years with the Women's Board of St. Thomas Hospital where she served as president; a member of the Junior League of Akron; and a board member for many years of the Courtyard Condominium Association, Singer Island, FL.
Preceded in death by sons, Michael and Thomas Flannery; husbands, James Flannery and Robert Orrok; she is survived by nieces, Karen Reynolds, Kathy O'Toole, Suzanne Hoehn and Jill Muraski; nephew, Russell Hoehn; great nieces, Jennifer Schroeder and Kelsey Hoehn; great nephews, Daniel and Brendan Hoehn, Patrick O'Toole and Lee Abicht; great great nieces, Susanna Schroeder and Taylor Bish; and great great nephew, Kyle Schroeder.
A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Rose Hill Burial Park. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, P.O. Box 78960, Phoenix, AZ 85062-8960. (Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel)
