He is survived by his wife, Bouakham; son, John Tysa; daughters, Manivorn Vongsaphay and Manivanh Moore; son, Vien Rassavong; brothers, Khen Ratsavong, Airdara Ratsavong, Souk Ratsavong; and other family members, Bounkham Sphamixay, Thongma Rassavong, Khamthan Rassavong and Moui Rassavong.
Friends may call 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, July 24, 2009, at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., where services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday.
