Shelvia J. Zuschak

Shelvia J. Zuschak, age 85, passed away on March 6, 2023. She was born in St. Mary’s, WV to parents Charles and Garnet Sauers. She moved to the Akron area as a small child, and later graduated from  Garfield High School. She was an avid golfer and bowler, and enjoyed playing cards.

Preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Phillip Sauers (Joyce) and Fred Sauers (Arlene); she is survived by her son, Joseph Zuschak (Lisa); grandchildren, Catena Reizer (Chris), Anthony Zuschak, and Gabriella Zuschak; and great grandchildren, Talon and Kayson Reizer.

Private inurnment at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 1800 Steese Rd. Uniontown, OH 44685.
