Thelma Hough, 105, passed away May 5, 2013.
Born in Akron, she was a life resident and graduate of South High School in 1926. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Akron.
Preceded in death by her husband, David B. Hough; children, David Hough and Beverly Sloan; sons-in-law, Kent Dodge and Raymond Sloan; she is survived by her daughter, Ardys Dodge; eleven grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren; and daughter-in-law, Nanci Hough.
At her request, private services will be held at the Mausoleum Chapel of Rose Hill Burial Park, with Rev. Robert Beals and Rev. T. Edward Holland officiating. There are no calling hours.
