Thomas Dobson, 81, of Akron passed away May 10, 2018.
He was born November 16, 1936 to Allen and Jean Dobson. He was a U. S. Marine Corps veteran, loved woodworking, and retired in December 2012 from the Taxation Department of the City of Akron.
He is survived by his wife, Dottie; children, Debbie (boyfriend, Mark) and David (Susanna); two very special grandsons, Aaron and Lincoln.
Friends may call at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., TUESDAY from 5-7 p.m., where a service celebrating his life will be held at 7 p.m. Private interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wounded Warrior Project (woundedwarriorproject.org). (Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel)
