Thomas Paul Mcmullen Dds

Thomas Paul McMullen, DDS (born 8/30/1924 in Akron) went peacefully to be with the Lord on October 26, 2021, in Grand Junction CO., at age 97. He is reunited with his beautiful wife of 75 years, Bernice McMullen and is survived by daughters, Kathi (Jeff) Petty & Gini (Cliff) Thompson and son, Thomas McMullen, Jr.; 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Thomas was a WWII veteran, flying B-17’s for the Army Air Corp and a well-respected dentist in Akron. His patients always commented on his gentleness, kindness, and beautiful blue eyes.  He was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. He had a passion for having fun and wanting everyone to join in. He loved his family, tennis, boating, airplanes, and snow skiing.  He was a ski instructor for 25 years. He loved music and played the piano until his final day.  He was greatly loved and respected by his family and friends.

Calling hours will take place from 1:00 - 1:30, with a Celebration of Tom’s life at 1:30 on Friday, April 29, at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd, Fairlawn, OH 44333.
