Thomas W. Squibb, 71, passed away at home January 23, 2013.
Born in Cambridge, Ohio, he had been a Cuyahoga Falls resident since 1971. A U.S. Army veteran, Tom was an avid hunter and had retired from Cleveland Pneumatic (B.F. Goodrich.)
He is survived by his wife, Sally L. Squibb of Cuyahoga Falls; sons, Michael of Zanesville and Jeff (Jenny) of Cuyahoga Falls; grandchildren, Lexi and Tyler; mother, Bessie Squibb; sister, Gail Smith of Arizona; brother-in-law, Tom (Alicia) Settle of Manhatttan; nieces and a nephew; faithful companions, Molly and Muffin.
At his request, cremation has taken place. Tom's family will host a party to celebrate his life beginning at 5 p.m. Saturday, February 2nd at the Moose Lodge #918, 4444 State Rd., Peninsula 44264. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Greater Akron, 7996 Darrow Rd., Twinsburg, Ohio 44087; the Falls Cancer Club, 2253 3rd St., Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44221; or Hospice of Summa, 444 N. Main St., Akron, Ohio 44310.
