Timothy Mark Shannon, age 9, of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away in the loving arms of his devoted father at Akron Children's Hospital on February 28, 2016.
Timmy was a charismatic young man and made many friends among his classmates and staff at Preston Elementary, where he was in the second grade. He also charmed many Nurses, Doctors and staff at Akron Children's Hospital, where he was a frequent patient.
Tim is missed by loving family, father, Brian Shannon; mother, Cariann Shannon; and his Nama, Lyla Shannon; grandparents, Terry Shannon, Richard and Pat Jackson; brother, Tyler Stoltz; and great-grandmother, Rosie. Also, aunts, uncles and many cousins.
Calling hours will be Friday March 4, 2016 from 3 - 5 p.m. and from 7 - 9 p.m. at the Northampton United Methodist Church, 852 West Bath Road, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. The Funeral service will be conducted at the Church at 1 p.m. on Saturday March 5, 2016. Interment following the service at Northampton Cemetery.
