Todd Evan Fulmer

Todd Evan Fulmer, born July 9, 1962, in Canton, OH, passed from our lives unexpectedly and from natural causes on Monday, August 13, 2012. The fourth child of Thomas Eugene Fulmer (deceased) and Judith Rae Martz Fulmer, he is survived by his mother, his grandmother Lucille Martz, his life partner George Pope, his sister Marcia (George) Palleschi, his brothers Jeffrey (Kathy) and Kevin (Julienne), many aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces, and legions of friends.

Todd graduated from Norton High School and the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale. His professional career as an interior designer was spent with Kenneth Toney, Inc, Business Interiors and Equipment, and most recently with APG.

Todd was a devoted and cherished son, brother, friend and companion, an elegant, handsome man with a quick smile, a joyous laugh and ready tears of compassion. Sad movies never failed to make him cry; "Stand by Me" was his favorite. He loved being out of doors and working in his gorgeous garden, his pride and joy. He was extremely quiet, but he knew how to listen, and you knew he heard you. He would wait for the perfect moment to make an understanding response or a witty observation, often catching his listeners off guard and making everyone helpless with laughter. He was kind, understanding, loyal and devoted to his friends and family.
