Vincent J Tisci

Vincent “Vince” Tisci passed away on January 24th, 2022 at the age of 78, in his hometown of Akron, Ohio. His battle with serious medical issues in recent years showed his courage in facing life’s challenges with a determined attitude. Despite the pain, Vince continued to work at Action Contracting until the bitter end, just how he wanted it. He continued to care for his beloved wife and family until he knew it was ok to go.

Born to native Italians, Ann and Sam Tisci, Vince was a successful entrepreneur and worked in the construction industry for most of his life. His sense of humor permeated all of his relationships. Vince had a long and happy life filled with lots of love and laughter. His dream was fulfilled when he spent 54 years with his beloved wife. Together they had 3 children, 6 grandchildren and one great niece.

He is survived by his wife Jackie Tisci, son Sam Tisci & his other half Patti Barker and their daughter Alexis Barker, his daughter Ann Tisci and her son Tyler Tisci, his daughter Angela Tisci & Eric Puhala, and their 2 kids Ayla and Cedar Puhala, his sister-in law “Kay Kay” & her husband Tom Yuhas, his niece Shonda & husband Sean Coustillac, their daughter Carly & his dearest friend Pete Marcoff. He was also a father figure to Shawn Ritchie & Brad Missler.
