Wilbur J. Naehring, 94, passed away June 28, 2009.
Born in Akron, he lived most of his life in Cuyahoga Falls. He was a World War II Army veteran and a member of Zion Lutheran Church.
Mr. Naehring is survived by his wife of 61 years, Shirley; son, John Teri Naehring; daughter, Suzan Miller husband, Mark deceased; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Billow Falls Chapel, 1907 23rd St. corner of Falls Ave. and 23rd St., with Rev. Joshua Schoon officiating. Family and friends may visit one hour before services. Interment at Chestnut Hill Memorial Park where military rites will be conducted by Charles Faust American Legion Post 281. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church, 139 S. High St., Akron 44308. Billow FALLS Chapel
