Windy lost her heroic fight against cancer November 19th. She was born in China, raised in Hong Kong, and matriculated at the University of Akron where she earned dual degrees in Nursing and Medical Technology. Besides excelling in the medical field, she was an accomplished cook and very skillful in handicrafts.
She was preceded in death by father, Wing Kwan Lee; mother, Lai Sheung Mong; and brother, Howard Lee. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Edward Schreiner; son, Nathanial; Nate's wife, Stacie; daughter, Katina Jordan; brother, Wing Him Li; Him's wife, Vivian; and their sons, Bryan and Justin.
Private showing. Those wishing to make memoriams may do so to the local Humane Society.
