MARK FRANCIS COOPER
TALLMADGE—Mark F. Cooper, age 66, died May 21, 2022 at Summa Akron City Hospital after a prolonged illness. He was born June 10, 1955 in Akron, the only child of Francis M. and Sally Cooper of Munroe Falls. His father served as a Senior Vice President for the B.F.Goodrich Company.
Mark graduated from Tallmadge High School, Class of 1973. Following graduation, Mark attended the University of Akron (1973-1977).
Mark was a life-long avid musician and singer. After his early career ventures working for others, he came back to his love for the entertainment industry by founding his own business, Lone Wolf Sound LLC, where he practiced his skills in audio and visual effects. He is well-known among many performers and venues as one of the best in his field.
In addition to his parents, Mark was preceded in death by his only son, Simon Cooper, born in 1981 and died in 2006. His surviving “extended family” now is a legacy of deep relationships that he formed through his sincere, gentle, and unassuming ways.
