Patricia 'Patty' A. Wyman

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Patty Wyman, a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend, who departed on December 13, 2023, at the age of 67.

Patty leaves behind her husband Tim; daughters Lauren (Josh), Annie, and Abby; her sister Julie and brother John. She is preceded in death by her sister Mindy and parents Ken and Jean. She was an incredible mother, always there for her girls and supportive in every aspect of their lives.

She was a dedicated art teacher at Old Trail School for four decades and took pride in the curricula she mastered over the years. Patty left an indelible mark on the lives of her students. Her passion for art and unwavering commitment to education touched the hearts of many, leaving a lasting legacy of creativity and inspiration.
Outside of the classroom, Patty found joy in the company of friends, spending time at the beach, visiting art museums, and hunting for pottery.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Akron Art Museum, a place she loved to visit with friends and family. ( www.akronartmuseum.org )

Calling hours will be held at Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., Fairlawn, OH 44333 on TUESDAY, December 19 from 4-7pm. Details for a celebration of life will be provided at a later date.
